Size & Availability

Kona Kampachi^® is available year-round and harvested only to fulfill orders. These fish are harvested run of catch, with size ranging from 4 lbs. to 6 lbs.

Pricing

Retail pricing is as follows: $8.75/lb. for whole fish, and $17.00/lb. for fillets.

Order & Delivery Guidelines

For retail customers, Kona Kampachi^® is harvested once per week with whole fish orders delivering on Wednesday and cut/gutted fish delivering on Thursday. Because fish are harvested only to fulfill orders, customers must order prior to harvests to insure availability. Orders must be received by 12:00pm PST on Fridays.

We recommend that someone be present to accept delivery and immediately refrigerate the fresh fish to maximize shelf life. Please ship to your work address if no one will be at home to accept delivery.
